How to Book an Appointment

Please call Reception between 8:00am and 6:30pm to book an appointment.

Routine GP, ANP, and ECP appointments are requested online:

Same-day appointments are also available with our GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), and Emergency Care Practitioners (ECPs).

Nurse appointments (including clinics and reviews) can be booked up to 3 months ahead.

This service allows you to tell us about your symptoms, ask questions, or request advice
without needing to phone or attend the surgery. Your request will be reviewed by our clinical or administrative team. Submissions are
reviewed during our normal working hours, and we will provide a response once your
request has been assessed.
Response times can differ depending on the nature of your enquiry and overall demand.
Please note: this service is not monitored continuously, and response times may vary.
If you have a medical emergency or need help outside of practice hours, please contact
NHS 111 or 999 as appropriate.

You can also use a booking link sent to you to book for:

  • Annual reviews
  • Health checks
  • Cervical smears
  • Adult and child vaccinations

When you are eligible or due for a review or vaccination, we will send you a secure booking link to make the process quick and easy.

Chaperones

Chaperone Policy

Your comfort and dignity are very important to us. If you would like a chaperone to be present during your consultation, examination, or procedure, please let a member of our team know.

We are happy to provide a trained chaperone to support you and ensure you feel safe and reassured throughout your care.

You may request a chaperone at any time — either when booking your appointment or when you arrive at the surgery.

Disabled Access

Our practice is fully accessible for patients with disabilities.

There is disabled access at the front of the building.

The building is on one level, making it easier to move around.

We also have a disabled toilet available for patient use.
