Request Routine Appointments Online

From 1st October, patients will be able to request routine GP appointments online.

Simply complete a short form on our website for new or existing medical conditions, or for admin requests. Your request will be reviewed by our on-call GP, who will decide the next steps.

Please note:

Reception will no longer book routine GP appointments directly.

Patients unable to use the internet can ask reception to complete the form on their behalf.

You may be added to a waiting list for a telephone or face-to-face appointment, usually within 2–4 weeks
