Please complete your medical card and hand it to the receptionist. If you cannot find your medical card please ask the receptionist for assistance.

On registering you will be invited to make an appointment with our health care assistant or one of our practice nurses for a Well Person check.

Our practice area covers much of Nottingham's postal district NG5, from Redhill in the north to Woodthorpe Drive in the south, Mapperley Plains in the east and to Beckhampton Road in the west
